How to dry out and fix a water damaged cell phone

• Do not panic and grab the phone.
• Do not be turned on if the phone directly to death, but Unplug battery and SIM Card Memory Card also.
• Dry with a cloth or towel dry, battery, sim card and memory are also cell phone.
• Do not wiggle phone so that the water does not spread.
• Clean the inside using the Vacuum Cleaner, but remember not too close. And avoid a blow dryer because the heat can melt feared.
• Soak / grave in rice if it is still there is water on the inside. Why rice, because the rice is dry material that can absorb water well. In fact, the rice can absorb water in the sidelines of the phone that could not be reached by a towel and wipes though. 
• After felt dry and try to pair the other battery, then turn.
• if after life was hot then it's a sign there is still water in it, immediately unplug the battery and other back and drain back to soak in the last moments of rice or are looking for handyman service.
